- For using multiple vouchers, customer will need to add the vouchers to their GV balance.
Q. What is the Validity of the Gift Vouchers?
A. The validity of each Gift Voucher depends on Brand to Brand and can be between minimum of 3 months to maximum of 12 months. For the exact validity, please refer to the Voucher E-Mail / Voucher SMS.
Q. Can I return / cancel a Gift Voucher which I have redeemed?
A. We regret that is not possible. Gift Vouchers once redeemed/bought cannot be cancelled or returned.
Q. My Vouchers have expired. Can I have the validity of the vouchers extended?
A. We regret that is not possible. The Gift Vouchers cannot be revalidated once expired.
Q. I’ve lost my Voucher SMS / E-Mail. Can I get my Voucher SMS / E-Mail again?

Q. What is the estimated delivery time?
A. Since these are Instant Gift Vouchers which are delivered on your Mobile Number and E-Mail Id, estimated delivery time is 5 – 10 minutes.
2. The person who has the Wonderchef GV / GC Code is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. Do inform the cashier that you plan to use the GV / GC for making payments before billing.
4. Only the listed Wonderchef outlets at its sole discretion accept the GV / GC. Wonderchef may add or remove an outlet without giving any prior notice.
5.No credit note/refund for the unused balance amount of the GV / GC will be given
6.Any such unused balance amount shall remain in the EPay balance which can be utilized till the balance gets exhausted or expires.
7. Wonderchef GV / GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired.
8. Wonderchef GV / GC can be used during sale.
9. Wonderchef GV / GC cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates. Wonderchef may add or delete any date on its sole discretion.
10.Any dispute related to the GV / GC should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.
11.Wonderchef makes full efforts to accept Insta Gift Vouchers (GV) / Gift Card (GC), but on account of any technical / administrative reasons an outlet may refuse to accept the same.
12.If an Insta Gift Voucher (GV) /Gift Card (GC) gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours.
