13. If GV/GC gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours. In case of transaction failures, after GV/GC is applied, the amount will be automatically refunded to the same cards within 48 hours.
14. AppyHigh Prime reserves the right to edit or change the terms and conditions for the GV/GC at any time without any notice or liability. AppyHigh Prime has the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
15. AppyHigh Prime reserves the right to withdraw the GV/GC scheme or offer before the completion of the validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion.
16. AppyHigh Prime reserves the right to deny GV/GC if it suspects that there is a duplicity of cards.
17. In no event, the liability of AppyHigh Prime for any claims shall exceed the value of the GV/GC in dispute.
