Q. What is the Validity of the Gift Vouchers?
A. The validity of each Gift Voucher depends on Brand to Brand and can be between minimum of 3 months to maximum of 12 months. For the exact validity, please refer to the Voucher E-Mail / Voucher SMS.
Q. Can I return / cancel a Gift Voucher which I have redeemed?
A. We regret that is not possible. Gift Vouchers once redeemed/bought cannot be cancelled or returned.
Q. My Vouchers have expired. Can I have the validity of the vouchers extended?
A. We regret that is not possible. The Gift Vouchers cannot be revalidated once expired.

Q. What is the estimated delivery time?
A. Since these are Instant Gift Vouchers which are delivered on your Mobile Number and E-Mail Id, estimated delivery time is 5 – 10 minutes.
2.The person who has the BlueStone GV / GC Code is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3.Gift card can be redeemed on plain gold Jewellery, Gold Coins, Silver Coins, Solitaire, preset Solitaires, Diamond Jewellery and Gemstone Jewellery.
4.Multiple Gift Card(s) can be used in a single transaction. Gift Card(s) can be combined with any other payment type on BlueStone.com and at the store.
5.Gift cards cannot be redeemed partially
6.Gift cards are valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issuance to the recipient.
7.Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
8.Payment mode will be Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, Blue Cash.
9.Gift Card(s) once bought online, shall be considered as sold and cannot be Cancelled, Exchanged or Refunded.
10.If lost or misused, the Gift Card(s) cannot be replaced. Gift cards are void if resold and cannot be exchanged for credit(s) or cash and cannot be re-validated once past expiry date.
11.In addition to these Terms and Conditions, BlueStone Gift Card(s) and their use on our website are also subject to BlueStone's general Terms of Use & BlueStone's decision will be final in case of any dispute.
12.BlueStone may change (add to, delete, or amend) these terms from time to time. Unless stated otherwise, the changes will apply to any new BlueStone gift card. Any gift cards that you purchase are for personal, non-commercial use and enjoyment only. The same may be shared with family and friends, but may not be advertised, sold or used as promotional items by the purchaser or anyone else without BlueStone's prior written consent.
