2.The holder of the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3.This GV/GC can not be redeemed at any partner outlets or shopping portals.
4.GV/GC can’t be exchanged for cash.
5.This GV/GC can be redeemed only once and in full value. Any unused amount will lapse.
6.No extension of the Validity period nor refund of the value of GV/GC in case of failure to use the GV/GC on or before the validity period.
7.StoveKraft Limited/ GyFTR shall not be responsible for loss or misuse of GV/GC and no duplicate or compensation in lieu of the GV/GC shall be given by StoveKraft Limited.
8.StoveKraft Limited's overall liability will not exceed the value of the GV/GC.
9.The bearer of the GV/GC shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
10.The bearer of the code of GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary of this GV/GC. Any redemption by the bearer of GV/GC shall be considered a valid discharge of liabilities by StoveKraft Limited.
11.StoveKraft Limited shall not be liable under any circumstances towards any loss or damage or expenses or cost or any third-party liability, whether directly or indirectly arising out of or in relation to the use of GV/GC and redemption thereunder by the bearer.
12.StoveKraft Limited/ GyFTR reserves its right to modify/amend the terms and conditions of the GV/GC at any time without prior notice and such modifications shall be binding on the user/bearer of the GV/GC.
13.A maximum of 10 GV / GC can be used in one bill.
