Q. What is the Validity of the Gift Vouchers?
A. The validity of each Gift Voucher depends on Brand to Brand and can be between minimum of 3 months to maximum of 12 months. For the exact validity, please refer to the Voucher E-Mail / Voucher SMS.
Q. Can I return / cancel a Gift Voucher which I have redeemed?
A. We regret that is not possible. Gift Vouchers once redeemed/bought cannot be cancelled or returned.
Q. My Vouchers have expired. Can I have the validity of the vouchers extended?
A. We regret that is not possible. The Gift Vouchers cannot be revalidated once expired.
Q. I’ve lost my Voucher SMS / E-Mail. Can I get my Voucher SMS / E-Mail again?

Q. What is the estimated delivery time?
A. Since these are Instant Gift Vouchers which are delivered on your Mobile Number and E-Mail Id, estimated delivery time is 5 – 10 minutes.
2.Beneficiary should announce the intent of using the voucher before making a purchase.
3.Only valid vouchers at the sole discretion of TITAN shall be accepted for redemption.
4.Multiple vouchers (upto 5) can be used against single transaction.
5.Voucher partial redemption is not allowed, single time usage only.
6.No refund or credit note would be issued against unused or partially used voucher.
7.Voucher is not applicable on discounted products and cannot be clubbed with any other offer in the store.
8.Voucher cannot be redeemed for Titan Nebula collection of Watches
9.Validity of the voucher is for a maximum of 6 months from the date of issuance.
10.This Voucher can be redeemed at all company authorized TITAN WORLD Stores
11.Voucher cannot be revalidated once expired.
12.TITAN/ affiliates are not responsible on account of the beneficiary sharing the voucher number and the voucher getting redeemed on that account.
13.The Brand may ask for a valid Government identity proof at the time of redeeming the voucher.
14.Vouchers will be accepted across all at all company authorized TITAN WORLD Stores mentioned but TITAN at its sole discretion may add or remove an outlet from the list without giving any prior notice.
15.TITAN makes full efforts to accept voucher but on account of any technical / administrative reasons an outlet may refuse to accept a voucher.
16.This voucher cannot be redeemed on specific block out dates TITAN may add or delete any date on its sole discretion.
17.TITAN or any of its partners would not be liable for any form of compensation etc on account of an outlet not being able to accept the voucher. The customer would be liable to settle the Invoice.
18.If a voucher gets blocked on account of technical issue the voucher would be usable only post 72 hours.
19.Any dispute should be referred to the company from where the voucher has been received; decision of the TITAN shall be final.
