1. This is a Shiva Organic GV/GC (Gift Voucher/Gift Card) that will be accepted on the website through this URL: ??shivaorganic.com or on Shiva Organic’s mobile application.
2. The user with the GV/GC is deemed the beneficiary.
3. This GV/GC is valid for partial redemption. The balance would remain in the GV/GC and can be used for multiple transactions within the validity period.
4. Maximum 3 Shiva Organic GV/GC can be combined for a single transaction.
5. The GV/GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any situations.
6. In case of cancellation of an order made using the GV/GC within the validity period, the amount will be reversed to the same Shiva Organic GV/GC as used at the time of booking.
7. In case of cancellations where the Shiva Organic GV/GC validity has expired, no refund will be processed for the amount paid by the Shiva Organic GV/GC.
8. The Shiva Organic/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/GC is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
9. The GV/GCs are not for resale nor redeemable for cash.
10. Shiva Organic/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw, modify, cancel, or change the offer at any point without prior notice and at their sole discretion.
11. Shiva Organic reserves the right to deny accepting any GV/GC if it suspects duplicity.
12. In no event, the liability of Shiva Organic for any claims shall exceed the Shiva Organic GV/GC value.
13. In the event of any dispute, parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
