2.This GV / GC cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
3.The GV / GC is applicable for purchasing apparel, shoes, and other accessories.
4.Multiple GV / GCs cannot be clubbed in a single order. GV / GC cannot be redeemed for cash or credit and cannot be reloaded.
5.If the order value exceeds the GV / GC amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card/Debit Card/Internet Banking.
6.Shiv Naresh GV / GC can be redeemed on the discounted Products.
7.No credit note/refund for the unused balance amount of the GV / GC will be given.
8.The person who has the GV / GC Code is deemed to be the beneficiary.
9.Shiv Naresh & GyFTR is not responsible if the GV / GC is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
10.GV / GC cannot be revalidated once expired or canceled under any situations.
11.If a GV / GC gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours. In case of transaction failures, after GV / GC is applied, the amount would be automatically refunded to the same cards within 48 hours.
12.Shiv Naresh & GyFTR reserves the right to edit/change the terms and conditions for the GV / GC at any time without any notice or liability.
13.Shiv Naresh reserves the right to withdraw the GV / GC scheme/offer before the completion of the validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion.
14.Shiv Naresh reserves the right to deny accepting any GV / GC if it suspects that there is a duplicity of cards.
