13.Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above Offer or otherwise relating here to shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
14.If an Insta Gift Voucher (GV) or Gift Card (GC) gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours.
