1.This is a Veridicus Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) is valid only for buying Veridicus health and wellness products on veridicushealthcares.com.
2. The person who has the Veridicus GV / GC Code is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3.Veridicus Wellness Card ("Gift Cards") are issued by Valuedesign which is a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India and is authorized by the Reserve Bank of India ("RBI") to issue such Gift Cards.
4.Once the Card is issued, it will be valid for 12 months. Users are required to save the gift card number and PIN to utilize this refunded amount as we will not be able to reset the PIN or reissue a new gift card number.
5. Once purchased, Gift Cards cannot be cancelled, unless expressly allowed to do so by Veridicus Health Care.
6.This Gift Card cannot be clubbed with any other offer currently live on veridicushealthcares.com including cashbacks, discounts, etc. on a particular credit/debit card.
7.Multiple Gift Cards cannot be clubbed in single invoice/order. Only one voucher is applicable on single bill/transaction.
8.Veridicus Health Care is not responsible if the Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without permission. A Gift Card once issued cannot be re-issued nor can the PIN be reset. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the safety of the Gift Card after purchase.
9.The Gift Card cannot be replaced, refunded, revalidated, or exchanged for cash.
10.The Convenience Fee will be applicable for all Gift Card transactions (as how it's applicable for any payment method).
11.Veridicus Health Care reserves the right to deny accepting any Gift Card if it suspects that there is the duplicity of the Gift Card.
12. Products and services offered by Veridicus Health Care are subject to availability and terms of use of the Veridicus Health Care platform.
13. In no event, the liability of Veridicus Health Care for any claims arising by the purchase or usage of Gift Cards shall exceed the value of the respective Gift Card.
14.You agree to indemnify Veridicus Health Care/its affiliates, officers, and directors, from all claims brought by any third party against Veridicus Health Care/ its affiliates, officers, and directors, arising out of or in connection with any breach of these gift card terms and conditions.
15.This is for individual use only. Distributor found using Gift Cards would lead to cancellation of the booking and no refund would be made.
16.Disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
17.Credit and Debit Cards issued outside India cannot be used to purchase Veridicus Wellness Card.
18.Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Veridicus Gift Cards.
19. In the event that the beneficiary/Know Your Customer ("KYC") details are found to be incorrect or insufficient as per RBI Guidelines, Veridicus Health Care / Valuedesign retains the right to cancel the Gift Card issued.
20.You agree and understand that Gift Cards are a pre-paid payment instrument subjected to regulations issued by the RBI under the RBI guidelines. Veridicus Health Care / Valuedesign may be required to share KYC details of the purchaser/ redeemer of the Gift Card and/or any other information in relation to the purchase of the Gift Cards and/or transaction undertaken using the Gift Card with RBI or such statutory authorities. Veridicus Health Care / Valuedesign may contact the purchaser/redeemer of the Gift Card for any such information.
21. Gift Cards cannot be resold.
