PROGRAM T & C's

By participating in the Dell Partner Program, partners agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

  • Partners must report service tags purchased from their respective Sub Distributor on the agency portal. Timely reporting within 7-day period is mandatory for participation in the program.
  • Reward points will be allocated based on the partner's reporting and subsequent validation by DELL.
  • Points for any disputed service tags will be placed on hold in accordance with program criteria.
  • DELL reserves the right to decline redemption arising from any disputed service tags without providing explanation
  • The decision of DELL on any matters relating to or arising from the program shall be final and binding.
  • The value of 1 Point is equivalent to 1 Rupee. DELL reserves the right to modify this value at its discretion.
  • Any Sales returns or Dead-On Arrival (DOA) items reported by the respective Sub Distributor on the RCM shall be treated as returns. Points will be deducted accordingly for all validated returns.
  • Only service tags validated by DELL will be eligible for rewards

***All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Bangalore courts only. Dell reserves the right to add/modify/delete these terms & conditions without any prior notice and the same shall come into force with immediate effect.***
