These terms and conditions (Terms) shall be applicable to the Credit & Debit Cardholders (as defined hereinafter) participating in the Offer (as defined hereinafter) who agrees to be bound by the same and shall regulate the provisions of the specified products and services provided by the SBI Participation in this offer is voluntary. Any Customer (defined herein below) participating in the Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions and these Terms shall be in addition to and not in derogation of other applicable terms and conditions of any account or any other facility / services offered by the Bank and / or such other terms and conditions as may be specified by the Bank.

(“GyFTR.com,“ “we,“ or “us“) is committed to respecting the privacy rights of all users of GyFTR services provided via GyFTR (collectively, “page“) and to protecting your personal information. This policy describes how information about you may be used, how it may be disclosed and how you may access this information. This page will serve as a policy of our privacy practices and a summary of your privacy rights. We created the Privacy Policy for this page to give you confidence as you visit and use the page, and to demonstrate our commitment to fair information practices and the protection of privacy.

Terms of the Offer:

• All the Gift Vouchers are valid for a minimum of 3 months to 12 months depending upon the Brand. The Exact Expiry Date of the Gift Voucher will be mentioned on the Voucher E-Mail / SMS
• It is important for the customer to utilize the Gift Voucher within the due date. Gift Vouchers once expired cannot be revalidated
• Please read the Terms & Conditions of all the Brands carefully before you make a purchase of any Gift Voucher. Gift Vouchers once bought cannot be blocked / exchanged / cancelled
• All the respective T&Cs of the brands apply. Please visit the “TERMS & CONDITIONS “on each brand page for detailed Brand T&Cs
• Participation in this offer is purely voluntary and is at the sole discretion of the user.
• SBI will not be liable for and will not entertain any product or order fulfilment related issues or claims made by the customer.
• SBI will not entertain any correspondence regarding the validity or acceptability of any additional benefits offered by the respective brand or by GyFTR.
• Any customer availing this offer will be deemed to have accepted these offer terms.

E-COINS:

• E-Coins earnings & redemption is available for YONO SBI customers only.
• A Customer can earn E-Coins in the range of up to 5% basis on the amount paid against any transaction
• Earnings and redemption of the coins will be in ratio of 1:1 with Rupee. This might vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
• E-Coins are valid for 12 months from the date of credit.
• E-Coins cannot be revalidated once expired
• E-Coins will be credited to your E-Pay wallet immediately after the voucher is delivered.
• Customers can use their E-Coins to shop for vouchers of various brands available on the YONO SBI platform. The vouchers can be redeemed at respective brand outlets or online platforms, as per the terms and conditions specified by the brand.
• E-Coins can be earned on buying Gift Vouchers using a SBICard Ltd Credit Card only.
• E-Coins are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the account holder in their YONO SBI account for merchants through Gyftr platform. Customers cannot transfer or gift their E-Coins to other individuals.
• E-Coins cannot be earned on buying Gift Vouchers via E-Coins either in full or partially.
• E-Coins cannot be redeemed for purchasing Amazon Shopping Voucher & Amazon Pay
• The E- coins Loyalty Program is a property of Vouchagram India Pvt. Ltd.

• Queries raised will be reverted in 2 working days.
• Value & earnings of the coins is subject to change without the prior notice.
• E- coins cannot be converted to Cash or used in Lieu of Cash
• E- coins does not have any monetary value and customer will not be eligible for any monetary compensation in lieu of settlement against E-coins.
