This is a ‘Smile Foundation’ Donation Voucher (DV) and CAN only be used at the website. The donation voucher will be sent to your registered email id or phone number.
This is a ONE time use Donation Voucher with an expiration date. The expiration period of the DV is 6 months after purchase and shall be considered redeemed if not used within 6 months.
For using multiple vouchers, customer will need to add the vouchers to your GV balance.
The Smile Foundation Donation Voucher (DV) balance can be used over multiple transactions as per any amount.

Q. What is the Validity of the Gift Vouchers?

A. The validity of each Gift Voucher depends on Brand to Brand and can be between minimum of 3 months to maximum of 12 months. For the exact validity, please refer to the Voucher E-Mail / Voucher SMS.

Q. Can I return / cancel a Gift Voucher which I have redeemed?

A. We regret that is not possible. Gift Vouchers once redeemed/bought cannot be cancelled or returned.

Q. My Vouchers have expired. Can I have the validity of the vouchers extended?

A. We regret that is not possible. The Gift Vouchers cannot be revalidated once expired.

9. Smile Foundation may add or delete any date(s)/period(s) on its sole discretion without any liability.
10.Any dispute related to the DV should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts at Mumbai shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Smile Foundation shall on best effort basis attempt to accept Insta Donation Vouchers (DV) but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond control of Smile Foundation , DV may not get accepted on the website and Smile Foundation shall have no liability for the same.
12.If an Insta Donation Voucher (DV) gets blocked on account of technical issue, it would get enabled in 72 hours. In case of transaction failures after Insta Donation Voucher (DV) is applied, the amount would be automatically refunded to the same cards within 48 hours. For any further query regarding blocked donation vouchers, please contact the issuing company.
13. Smile Foundation reserves the rights to edit/change the terms and conditions for the Insta Donation Voucher (DV) at any time without any notice or liability.
14. Smile Foundation has the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
