A. It varies from Brand to Brand. While brands like Amazon, Flipkart, BookMyShow, PVR, Blinkit, Ola, Swiggy, Zomato, Myntra, Tata Cliq, Nykaa etc. can only be used Online. Brands like Bata, Pantaloons, Westside, United Colors of Benetton, Jack & Jones, Levi’s etc. can only be used at Stores. Q. I have multiple Gift Vouchers and want to club all my Vouchers. What should I do?

Q. How many times a Gift Voucher can be used?

A. Per se, most of our Gift Vouchers are one time use vouchers only. Please refer to the “Terms & Conditions” section of the Brand Page for more detailed information.

Q. Brand or Denomination of my choice is not available. What should I do?

A. The listing of Brands on Insta Benefits is dynamic and the brands and denominations are available as per the availability of inventory. While we try our best to ensure stock availability, in the event you don’t find a voucher denomination of your choice, we advise you to wait for a while and try again. Usually, we restock our inventories within 48-72 hours.

Q. Will I also receive a Physical Voucher?
