TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER THE VOUCHER PROGRAM ON INDUSIND BANK LIMITED CARDS

Introduction:

The Voucher Program (“Program”) is available under an arrangement between IndusInd Bank Limited (“Bank”) and Vouchagram India Pvt Ltd (“Vouchagram”) to the residents of India holding a valid and active debit or credit card(s) issued by the Bank (“Cardholder”).

Eligibility:

The payment for e-vouchers under this Program will be allowed through all Visa, MasterCard & RuPay debit or credit cards issued by the Bank.

Disqualification:

Dormant or freezed or closed accounts will not be eligible for the Program.

Program Validity and the Process:

The Program is valid for the period from 1st March 2025 to 10th March 2025 (“Term”), unless revoked or extended by the Bank and Vouchagram without any prior notice and without any liability to the Cardholders.

Eligible Cardholder can purchase and avail instant discount on HP Pay e-Voucher Brands on the platform www.gyftr.com/indusindshopplus/indusoffer (“Platform”). The Cardholder will be interacting directly with Vouchagram with respect to the purchase and use of e-vouchers and the Bank will not be responsible for such e-vouchers availed by the Cardholders. In case the Cardholder has any queries or complaints regarding the e-vouchers purchased through the Platform, then all such queries and complaints shall be resolved by Vouchagram directly with the Cardholder. The Bank will not be liable for any issues raised by the Cardholders and/or Vouchagram in connection to the e-vouchers purchased through the Platform.

Program details:

1. The payment for purchase of e-voucher(s) by the Cardholder under this Program will be permitted only on the eligible debit or credit cards issued by the Bank.
2. Eligible Cardholder will be able to avail instant discount on the below mentioned e-voucher brands listed on the Platform:
1. The validity period of the e-voucher for the mentioned Brands will be communicated to the Cardholder by Vouchagram at the time of delivery of e-voucher.
2. E-vouchers will be effective from the date of its purchase by the Cardholder and shall be valid till the validity period mentioned on the said e-voucher. The e-voucher once issued to the Cardholder under the Program is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
3. Any amount of e-voucher which remains unused by the Cardholder beyond the validity period of the e-voucher, shall stand lapsed and ineffective automatically and will not be specifically communicated to the Cardholders.
4. In addition to these terms and conditions, e-voucher(s) shall also be governed by the terms and conditions of HP Pay as mentioned below.

Most Important Terms and Conditions of HP Pay :

1. This offer is valid only till stock lasts.
2. Voucher needs to be updated on HP Pay wallet on or before 31st March 2025. The HP Pay wallet balance can further be valid for 12 months. The process to Top Up the voucher is mentioned below.
3. Voucher once expired will not be revalidated in any circumstances.
4. Per user has the maximum limit of 10k to buy HP Pay voucher.
5. Payment will only be accepted via IndusInd Debit Card or Credit Card.
6. This is an HP Pay Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) and would be accepted on the HP Pay mobile application.
7. The holder of the Instant Gift Voucher is deemed to be the beneficiary.
8. Beneficiary should announce the intent of using the Instant Gift Voucher before making a purchase.
9. Only valid Instant Gift Vouchers at the sole discretion of HPCL shall be accepted for redemption towards HP Pay Wallet recharge of customer. HP Pay Insta Gift Voucher should be mapped with the registered mobile number.
10. Multiple vouchers can be redeemed at once by customers by adding the vouchers in the wallet.
11. Once the voucher gets added to the HP Pay wallet balance, it can be utilized till the balance gets exhausted. No credit note or refund for the unused balance amount will be given. For more details, refer to Terms and Conditions provided on HP Pay App.
12. HPCL or its affiliates are not responsible on account of the beneficiary sharing the Instant Gift Voucher number and the voucher getting redeemed on that account.
13. HP Pay Wallet will be accepted for payments across all mentioned HPCL Petrol pumps and HP Gas distributorships at its sole discretion. Brand may add or remove any brand outlet from the list without giving any prior notice.
14. If an Instant Gift Voucher gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it would get activated in 72 hours.
15. Any dispute should be referred to the company from where the Instant Gift Voucher has been received, the decision of the company shall be final.

How to Top up E-Voucher in HP Pay Mobile App

Bank’s Terms and Conditions for the Program:

1. The Program is by way of a special offer for the Bank’s valid and effective Cardholders only.
2. Any Cardholder participating in the Program shall be deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. These terms shall be in addition to and not in derogation of other applicable terms and conditions of any account or any other facility/services offered by the Bank and/or such other terms and conditions as may be specified by the Bank.
3. Participation of the Cardholders in this Program is voluntary.
4. The Platform   www.gyftr.com/indusindshopplus/indusoffer  is powered and maintained by Vouchagram, a company incorporated and existing in accordance with the laws of India. Website terms and conditions apply to all visitors or users of the Platform. Please read the website terms and conditions carefully before using the Platform.
5. Any query regarding the Program will be addressed by Vouchagram only till the Term of the Program is valid. Post the termination or expiry of the Term, whichever is earlier, Vouchagram will not be responsible for and will not address any correspondence or communication regarding the Program from any Cardholders.
6. The Bank will not be responsible for any issues, queries, and correspondence/communication in relation to the e-vouchers made available by Vouchagram to the Cardholders.
7. The Brands are being offered solely by the merchants, and the Bank is not selling/rendering any of these products/services. The Bank does not endorse any of the products of the Brands made available by Vouchagram to the Cardholders under this Program.
8. The Bank is neither guaranteeing nor giving any warranty nor making any representation with respect to the offers made by the Brands on the Platform.
9. The Cardholders and Vouchagram agree that the Bank will not be liable for the e-vouchers of the Brands and will not be liable to Vouchagram and/or Cardholders, including but not limited to issues pertaining to the quality, merchantability, specifications, fitness, delivery, or after-sales service of such products of the Brands, which shall be the sole liability of Vouchagram.
10. The Cardholders agree to conduct their own due diligence before availing the e-vouchers of the Brands and the products offered under this Program.
11. The Cardholders agree that the Bank is neither responsible nor liable to the Cardholder and/or Vouchagram for the e-vouchers of the Brands availed under this Program. The Cardholders further agree that for any queries and issues regarding the e-vouchers under this Program, the Cardholder will directly approach Vouchagram for resolution.
12. All the existing valid offers, gifts, discounts, etc., in relation to the Brands that are being offered can be availed by the Cardholders as part of this Program.
13. Pictures of products under the Brands sent to the Cardholders, either through mailers or advertised on the Platform, are for representative purposes only and may not bear a resemblance to the actual products of the Brands. The Bank will not under any circumstances be responsible to the Cardholders for the same.
14. The Program is non-transferable, non-negotiable, and cannot be encashed. Under no circumstance will the Cardholder be entitled to claim the discount offered under this Program to be settled in cash by the Bank or Vouchagram.
15. Please read the terms & conditions of all the Brands carefully before making a purchase of any e-voucher, as an e-voucher once bought by the Cardholder cannot be blocked, exchanged, or canceled.
16. The Bank shall not be responsible for the validity, acceptability, and/or any additional benefits offered by Vouchagram on products/services of the Brands. Vouchagram shall solely be liable and responsible for the same without any reference to the Bank.
17. All applicable Government duties, taxes, and levies, including but not limited to GST, TDS, any local Tax, Octroi, etc., will be payable by the Cardholders.
18. This Program shall be subject to all applicable laws, regulatory guidelines, rules, regulations, and notifications as may be applicable from time to time.
19. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify, at its sole discretion, any Cardholder from the Program and its benefits if any fraudulent activity is identified for the purpose of availing the Program and its benefits using the debit or credit card of the Bank.
20. Any Cardholder availing this Program will be deemed to have accepted these Program terms and conditions.
21. The Bank and Vouchagram reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever to the Cardholder, to add, alter, modify, change, or vary any or all of these terms and conditions of the Program or to replace, wholly or in part, this Program by another program, whether similar to this Program or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether, without any liability and prior intimation to the Cardholder.
22. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by the Bank to conduct further, similar, or other offers. The Bank may engage, hire, or use the services of agents and/or any third parties for marketing, sales-related services, or any other related services in relation to its products on its behalf, and the Cardholder agrees to be approached by such agents/third parties/service providers.
23. These terms & conditions of the Program shall be governed and interpreted as per the laws of India, and any dispute relating to these terms & conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
