1.These terms and conditions apply to the Amazon Prime Membership issued by Pine Labs Private Limited (Pine Labs) under the brand name Qwikcilver and co-branded with Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited ("Voucher").
2.An Amazon Prime Membership is a prepaid payment instrument that can be used to purchase Amazon Prime Memberships (3-months, 12-months, Prime Shopping edition or Prime Lite plan) or Amazon Pay Anytime Gift cards (inactive zero value gift card) from Amazon.in. An Amazon Prime Membership cannot be transferred or canceled once it is issued (please reach out to the issuer (Pine Labs) for any assistance in this regard). Additionally, as per Amazon business guidelines, Amazon Prime Memberships cannot be claimed on Amazon Business accounts.
3.The Prime Lite Membership provides customers access to FREE unlimited Same-day/1-day delivery, access to HD quality movies & shows on Prime Video on one device of choice (mobile/TV), and early access to shopping events. Prime Lite does not include access to ad-free & 4K UHD Prime Video, Prime Music, Prime Reading & Prime Gaming.
4.The Prime Shopping Edition (PSE) Membership plan provides customers access to FREE unlimited Same-day/One-day delivery and early access to shopping events. Prime Shopping Edition does not include Prime digital benefits, including access to Prime Video, Prime Music, E-books & Gaming.
5.Credit and Debit Cards issued outside India cannot be used to purchase Amazon Prime Membership.
6.Amazon Prime Membership cannot be used to purchase any other physical or digital product on Amazon.in including but not limited to:
(i) Products on 'Global Store' on Amazon.in, recharges, all kinds of bill payments, all kinds of ticket bookings, and financial products on Amazon.in.
(ii) Purchase Amazon Pay gift cards (pre-loaded) on Amazon.in.
(iii) Pay for mixed item orders if the order has at least one non-eligible item.
7.Amazon Prime Membership cannot be used to purchase Prime membership plans if the customer has a telecom provider (Airtel, VI, Jio, etc.) activated Prime membership on the same Amazon Account.
8.Existing Amazon Prime members who purchased Amazon Prime/Prime Lite membership via Google Play are not eligible to redeem the Amazon Prime Membership for extending/upgrading the Amazon Prime Membership.
9.Beneficiaries of the Amazon Prime Membership can apply the 13-digit numeric code on
https://www.amazon.in/vouchers and add the Voucher balance in his/her Amazon.in account.
10.Customers can add a maximum balance of INR 1799 to their Amazon Prime Membership balance.
11.Amazon Prime Membership can be claimed/redeemed only once per customer.
12.Amazon Prime Membership activated via Amazon Prime Membership can't be canceled and is Non-refundable.
13.Amazon Prime Membership cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash.
14.GyFTR/Pine Labs/Amazon or their affiliates are not responsible if a Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
15.Amazon.in logo/trademark is an IP of Amazon or its affiliates and the Pine Labs trademark/logo is an IP of Pine Labs.
16.GyFTR/Pine Labs reserves the right to change these Voucher terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion and without prior notice to you. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
