Step 1
To register and activate your ITC Hotels Gift Card- 1. To register and activate your ITC Hotels Gift Card, please send a SMS from your mobile phone as follows: ACT16-Digit Card Number6 Digit PinFirstNameLastName to 99639 00600. 2.The sending of the said message to the designated mobile number and receipt of due acknowledgment thereto shall constitute registration of the User. Customer can also, register by logging in to the self-serve application bit.ly/3LKH5pi
Step 2
At the time of check-out/ settling the invoice, use your e-Gift to redeem it by sharing the 16-digit card number and the OTP received on the registered mobile number.
Step 3
A valid card in its original form must be presented at the time of availing a service.The E-Gift Card can be redeemed at any of the participating ITC Hotels, Welcomhotels, Fortune Hotels & WelcomHeritage Hotels.

1.This is an ITC Hotels Gift Voucher (GV)/Gift Card (GC) issued by Pine Labs Private Limited and would only be accepted at participating ITC s Hotels Group in India.
2. Requests for blocking of GV/GC only from users who have registered by the terms of the GV/GC mentioned below shall be considered.
3. The GV/GC must be activated to avail redemption.
4. Cash-out or funds transfer shall not be permitted for this GV/GC. However, the funds may be transferred back to source account (account from where the Gift Card was loaded) after receiving consent from the GV/GC holder.
5. This GV/GC is cash equivalent. GyFTR, Pine Labs, ITC, or their affiliates are not responsible if this Gift Card is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
6. Register and activate your ITC Hotels GV/GC before using it.
7. No refund, replacement, reloading, cash withdrawal, currency exchange, or, cashback would be considered against the GV/GC.
8. Any dispute shall be referred to Pine Labs and the decision of Pine Labs shall be final.
9. Subject to the foregoing, these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Gurugram, India.
10. GyFTR, Pine Labs & ITC reserve the entitlement to amend these terms and conditions. Any change in these terms and conditions can be viewed on the website https://itchotels.woohoo.in/.
11. The GV/GC is valid for spends towards stays (room and incidental charges), food & beverages, home deliveries, and takeaways, spa services (for resident guests only), Fabelle boutiques, Sleep Boutique, and applicable taxes at any of the participating hotels.
12. The GV/GC is not valid for spending towards settling banquet charges, paid-outs like car transfers spent at retail or any third-party service establishment at participating hotels, or any expenses of a personal nature for which a pay-out is raised such as buying medicines, repairs of personal items, etc.
13. The GV/GC cannot be used to settle stays booked on/through
a.Corporate rates
b.Group rates
c.Online Travel Agents (OTAs)
d.Any discounted or contracted room rates
14. Multiple transactions can be performed with the GV/GC until the value of the card is exhausted.
15. Should the purchase value exceed the card value, the differential amount of such purchase shall have to be paid at the point of sale either in cash or through an accepted credit or debit card, at the time of making such purchase. International Cards won t be accepted for making payments.
16. Club ITC Green Points shall not be awarded for transactions settled using the GV/GC. However, for transactions settled with a combination of GV/GC and any other eligible payment mode the Club ITC Green Points may be awarded for the differential amount being settled through the alternate payment mode.
17. Handling refunds:
A. Refunds in case of failed/returned/rejected/canceled transactions shall be provided to the respective GV/GC within 14 working days, to the extent that payment was made initially by debit to the GV/GC.
B. Refunds in case of failed/returned/rejected/canceled transactions using any other payment instrument shall be credited back to the payment source.
18. The GV/GC can be purchased for a minimum value of 1,000 and a maximum value of 10,000 per transaction.
19. The GV/GC will be delivered to the recipient s email address as entered in the form on the same day unless the delivery is scheduled for a particular day.
