1. This is an EaseMyTrip Gift Voucher/Gift Card (GV/GC) that is valid for booking Hotels (Domestic/International) only on EaseMyTrip app/www.easemytrip.com.
2. GV/GC can be applied multiple times within the validity period till the balance gets exhausted.
3. Maximum 3 GV/GC can be used in a single transaction. The customer is requested to choose the denomination accordingly.
4. The GV/GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any situations.
5. The user has to apply/quote the unique GV/GC Code at the time of booking to avail the benefits.
6. Any applicable convenience fee/processing fee/excess tour cost/ government taxes shall be payable at the time of booking (Only if the package cost exceeds the GV/GC value).
7. If a GV/GC is lost or stolen, EaseMyTrip/GyFTR will not be liable for replacement or compensation.
8. The GV/GC cannot be clubbed with any other ongoing offer discount/cash back/promotion run by EaseMyTrip.
9. If a purchase is less than the value of GV/GC, then the customer can avail the discount maximum up to the value of the purchase only. The balance amount will be available for use in future transactions.
10. If a purchase is more than the value of GV/GC, then the balance amount can be paid through any available payment modes like Net Banking, cards (debit/credit), and Mobile Wallet.
11. Confirmation of any booking will be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard booking terms and conditions of EaseMyTrip.
12. EaseMyTrip is not liable to pay for any difference in fare/tariff between the date of redemption request placement and the date of using GV/GC during booking.
13. The GV/GCs are not for resale nor redeemable for cash.
14. In case of cancellations, the GV/GC amount will be forfeited and will not be refunded back to the customer.
