3.Melorra Gold Coin Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card can only be used to purchase Gold Coins.
4.Melorra Gold Jewellery Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card can only be used to purchase Gold Jewellery.
5.Melorra Diamond Jewellery Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card can only be used to purchase Diamond Jewellery.
6.More than one GV can be used in one bill.
7.Partial usage of gift voucher(s) is allowed till the expiry.

14.Melorra offers a 100% refund on orders placed online if returns are made within 30 days from the date of the delivery.
