1. This is an EazyDiner Subscription Gift Voucher/Gift Card (GV/GC) issued by EazyDiner Pvt Ltd and powered by Valuedesign.
2. The GV/GC would be accepted on the Application/website at https://www.eazydiner.com/.
3. The person having the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
4. EazyDiner/GyFTR is not responsible if the GV/GC is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
5. This is a one-time use GV/GC with an expiration date.
6. EazyDiner GV/GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any circumstances.
7. The GV/GC cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates as may be intimated/updated by EazyDiner on its Website/App from time to time. EazyDiner may add or delete any date(s)/period(s) at its sole discretion without any liability.
8. Any dispute related to the GV/GC should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts in Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
9. EazyDiner shall on a best-effort basis attempt to accept the GV/GC but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond the control of EazyDiner, the GV/GC may not get accepted on the application/website and EazyDiner/GyFTR shall have no liability for the same.
10. EazyDiner reserves the right to edit/change the terms and conditions for the GV/GC at any time without any notice or liability. EazyDiner has the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
11. EazyDiner/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw the GV/GC scheme/offer before the completion of the validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion.
12. EazyDiner reserves the right to deny accepting any GV/GC if it suspects that there is a duplicity of cards.
