1.AppyHigh Prime GV/GC can only be used on their app.
2. The person who has the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. AppyHigh Prime is not responsible if the GV or GC is lost, stolen, or used without permission.
4. Single GV/GC can be used in one bill or transaction.
5. This is a one-time use GV/GC with an expiration date.
6. No credit note or refund for the unused balance amount of the GV/GC will be given.
7. Any such unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically.
8. The GV/GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any situations.
9. The GV/GC cannot be clubbed with any one of the existing offers on its website.
10. The GV/GC cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates as may be intimated or updated by AppyHigh Prime on its website from time to time. AppyHigh Prime may add or delete any date(s) or period(s) at its sole discretion without any liability.
11. Any dispute related to the GV/GC should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final. In case of any legal disputes, the courts at Delhi shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
12. AppyHigh Prime will do its best to accept GV/GC. However, on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond the control of AppyHigh Prime GV or GC may not get accepted on the website and AppyHigh Prime shall have no liability for the same.
13. If GV/GC gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours. In case of transaction failures, after GV/GC is applied, the amount will be automatically refunded to the same cards within 48 hours.
14. AppyHigh Prime reserves the right to edit or change the terms and conditions for the GV/GC at any time without any notice or liability. AppyHigh Prime has the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
15. AppyHigh Prime reserves the right to withdraw the GV/GC scheme or offer before the completion of the validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion.
16. AppyHigh Prime reserves the right to deny GV/GC if it suspects that there is a duplicity of cards.
17. In no event, the liability of AppyHigh Prime for any claims shall exceed the value of the GV/GC in dispute.
