4.Validity period of the E-Gift voucher will not be extended under any circumstances.
5.Marks and Spencer Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) is redeemable only once and only by the bearer.

8.More than one GV / GC can be used in one bill.
9.Marks and Spencer GV / GC can be used during sale.
10.No duplicate will be issued if Marks and Spencer E-Gift voucher is lost or misplaced.
11.Any dispute should be referred to the company and decision of the company shall be final.
12.Marks and Spencer Insta Gift Voucher (GV) / Gift Card (GC) has been issued subject to the terms of the company.
13.Marks and Spencer makes full efforts to accept Insta Gift Vouchers (GV) / Gift Card (GC) but on account of any technical / administrative reasons an outlet may refuse to accept the same.
