• The person who has the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
• One GV/GC can be used in one transaction.
• This is a one-time use GV/GC with an expiration date.
• No credit note/refund for the unused balance amount of the GV/GC will be given.
• Any such unused balance amount shall stand lapsed automatically.
• GV/GC CANNOT be revalidated once expired or canceled under any situations.
• GV/GC can’t be clubbed with ongoing promotions & offers.
• Any dispute related to the GV/GC should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.
• ClearTax shall on best best-effort basis attempt to accept the GV/GC but on account of any technical reason or for any reason beyond the control of ClearTax, GV/GC may not get accepted and ClearTax shall have no liability for the same.
• ClearTax/GyFTR reserves the right to edit/change the terms and conditions for the GV/GC at any time without any notice or liability.
• ClearTax has the final authority on the interpretation of these rules.
• ClearTax/GyFTR reserves the right to withdraw the GV/GC scheme/offer before the completion of the validity period without any notice or liability at its sole discretion.
• ClearTax reserves the right to deny accepting any GV/GC if it suspects that there is duplicity of coupon usage.
• In no event, the liability of ClearTax for any claims shall exceed the value of the GV/GC in dispute.
