1. This is a Cello Gift Voucher (GV)/e-Pay and it would only be accepted on the Cello Website https://celloworld.com/
2. The person with the Cello GV/e-Pay is deemed the beneficiary.
3. Once the GV/e-Pay has been added to the ‘e-Pay’, it can be redeemed at the Cello website.
4. More than one GV/e-Pay can be used in one bill.
5. This is a one-time use GV/e-Pay.
6. No Credit note/Refund for the unused amount of the GV/e-Pay will be given.
7. Cello GV/e-Pay CANNOT be revalidated once expired.
8. Cello GV/e-Pay cannot be redeemed on specific block-out dates. Cello may add or delete any date at its sole discretion.
9. Any dispute related to the GV/e-Pay should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final.
10. Cello makes full efforts to accept GV/e-Pay but on account of any technical/administrative reasons.
11. If GV/e-Pay gets blocked on account of a technical issue, it will be enabled in 72 hours.
