1. This is a Pizza Hut Gift Voucher (GV)/Gift Card (GC), issued by Yum! Restaurants India Private Limited (YUM) & its authorized franchisees. It will be accepted on all the listed stores, mobile application, and on the website at www.pizzahut.co.in.
2. The person having the GV/GC is deemed to be the beneficiary.
3. This is a one-time use GV/GC & any unused balance cannot be used again or be exchanged for cash.
4. Maximum 5 GV/GCs can be used against one bill at the listed stores, whereas for mobile application/website only One GV/GC can be used against a bill.
5. When at a Pizza hut store do inform the cashier that you plan to use the GV/GC for making the payment before billing.
6. GV/GCs are non-refundable, may not be exchanged, transferred, or resold, and may not be redeemed for cash.
7. GV/GC cannot be revalidated once expired and cannot be canceled under any circumstances.
8. Yum and its authorized franchisees/Vouchagram/Pizza Hut is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen GV/GCs.
9. Yum and its authorized franchisees/Vouchagram reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without any prior notice.
10. YUM Restaurants and its authorized franchisees reserve the right to add or remove an outlet without giving any prior notice.
11. The user unconditionally accepts all ‘Terms and Conditions’ and shall not raise any disputes in this regard. All disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of court at New Delhi.
